Moms for Sight, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) public non-profit organization. Because financial contributions made to our organization are voluntary donations used directly to fund research and support for individuals affected by inherited retinal diseases, all donations are considered irrevocable gifts and are generally non-refundable.
Error Resolution We understand that mistakes can happen when entering transaction details online. If you believe an error, duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction has occurred regarding your donation via Stripe, please notify us immediately. We will work diligently with you and our payment processor to review and resolve documented billing discrepancies.
Requesting a Review To request a review of a specific donation transaction, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date. Please include the following details in your inquiry:
Your full name
The email address associated with the donation
The date and exact dollar amount of the transaction
A brief explanation of the error
